Let me start by saying I can only do this for a very small number of clients, because of other commitments and my desire to add the most possible value to them, so I can’t say yes to everybody.

With the Strategy and Marketing Program, each week there will be time devoted to your needs so that a step-by-step and actionable plan is designed to increase you sales and profitability will be refined over time.

At no point is the aim to achieve anything less than significant progression in your business and for you personally, this could come in many formats, but rest assured it will be based on what you are trying to achieve and the specific challenges and issues you have to deal with.

Examples of where I have supported clients in the past extended are:

Helping to review advertising and marketing to get the most value, even if it means sitting down to sitting with them while their agency “pitches”.

Evaluating products or services and identifying where extra value can be generated or opportunities exist.

The Strategy and Marketing Program is not about you having to learn on your own, neither is it a case of somebody doing it for you so you don’t develop the skills and techniques, it’s all about working together, so I can work “by your side” meaning that you get results sooner and more consistently and that you can also benefit from the 100s of hours I invest every single year in to improving my own skill and knowledge, not to mention the £1,000s I invest doing it each month.

Not only that, because I work with and learn from global leaders in business and marketing performance, you will have access to their expertise too, which would cost you £100,000s.

The thing to highlight at this point, is there is no long term commitment to this program, just month by month, as long as you feel it is delivering on my promises; I want to make sure I do my best for you and that you can personally see the benefits and your business’s bottom line benefits too, I never want to be seen as a cost.

So what’s the price? Well again this type of program is more common in the US and Canada and many are charging well over $10,000 a month, but that’s just not going to work here in the UK for the people I want to help, so I have decided to offer this at just £2,500 per month plus VAT and I am looking, from month one onwards, to make sure that you get at least 10X the return on that investment.

To start with, there is no financial commitment at all, I just need to know a few things about you, your business or ideas and what you are looking to achieve and we can set up a short call to talk through things and see if we are a good fit, as I say, I only want to work with those who I can do the most for.
